Our Commitment

Signals is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

Accessibility Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including:

  • Motor impairments
  • Cognitive impairments
  • Neurological disabilities

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our platform may have accessibility limitations:

  • Data visualizations: Some charts and graphs may have limited accessibility. We provide alternative text descriptions and data tables where possible.
  • Third-party content: Some embedded content from third parties may not meet our accessibility standards.
  • PDF documents: Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these.
  • Legacy features: Some older features may not yet be fully compliant. We are actively improving these.
